The discussion sheet was given to support staff 6 were in a discussion with me 1 ESOL, 1 librarian and 4 TAs.  Some thoughts were: What happens when the Govt find out that more time is needed with children who cant reach standards, is there going to be more funding for S/Staff because these are the people who will bear the brunt of it, as to inputting data as well. They definitely wanted trials

The reality is that the Government have been so focussed on the implementation, that they have not given much thought to what may arise if and when children are identified as under/not achieving. It certainly may highlight the need for more funding.
Once we have gathered up some of the comments from other support staff, we will share that information with the wider support staff membership.
