New National Standards Reporting

I am not sure how much has been added to the administration staff work load at other schools through the new reporting system instigated as a result of National Standards but my word load has increased considerably.

I have spent a full 8 days (8am - 4:00pm) setting up data base information listing children (Our school roll is 430) in their appropriate age levels for reporting to parents. I have also been involved in setting up new report forms so teaching staff are able to report to  parents at the relevant stages in children's time at school from Beginning to Year 3.

I would be interested to hear from others if there has been an increase in their work load too. Don't get me wrong - I love my job but thought that this new reporting system could be taken into consideration when bargaining.
