Michael Ryan commented on Jenny's blog post Paid Union Meeting - not a happy chicken!
"Jenny, I agree entirely with your resume of your meeting. We only had this short meeting to air our thoughts and being told we werent allowed to abstain is as bad as the 0% wage increase frim the Ministry. Michael Ryan. Palmerston North."

Hi Michael

Gaye Parlane here, Negotiation Team Leader, Well it has been a busy time, but the team are still working towards getting the best for Support Staff. You will be aware of the Ministry offer and these have been extremely tough negotiations, so we decided to go back to members to gain an insight of their thoughts of the offer, but be assured we are still working hard to make a break through to get the best result we can, as soon as we are able to report back we will. Please fell free to give me a message if I can be of any other assistance. Thanks for your support so far it is greatly appreciated by the team. Gaye
