Accessing your Collective

I have heard a few moans about Support Staff not receiving a copy of their agreement but I have found having it on the web site very useful. Twice in the last few weeks I have had enquires where I have been able to bring up the relative information, print it out in a size that is easy to read and give it to them. This has been especially helpful when it involved someone with a visual impairment as I could make the print larger for them. Being the site rep I do have a copy I keep in my file and the staff know its there if they need it but sometime they need help to be shown where to find the information.
