I totally agree with Micheal. I'm a Librarian and I do the cleaning as well. I get paid more to clean the toilets. I love my Librarian position but I have to clean toilets ect so I get paid for 52 weeks of the year.

It doesn't make sense. The goverment wants students of New Zealand to get a good education but they pay our teacher aids $12.94 a hour. Your right Micheal it STINKS
