Leadership Seminar - Blenheim 31st August

There were only 5 schools represented at ouor seminar but had great discussion around SSCA and WWorkforce Strategy. Some were concerned that if our SSCA expires would we loose our benefits of our current SSCA. There was also a general concern as to how we were going to have schools briefed on the Workforce Strategy that were not in attendance at the seminar.
Back on site talking with my colleagues the idea of the WFS did not go down as I thought it would. SS were given the info on the WFS to read prior to the meeting.
Comments from our meeting will be faxed through to head office ASAP. mmmmmm.......
