I think this gave a good insight into the work of Teacher Aides, forever engraved in my mind will be Rodney skipping around with his arms out. He entered into the spirit of it all and I would say he learned a lot, well done to everyone involved with getting him there, it helps raise the profile of Support Staff at a time when it is needed.

I wonder if it is worth some support staff out there writing to Rodney and asking him what he thinks teachers aides get paid? Did he give up his salary on the day and work for the salary that support staff get? Does he know how casualised the job is? Worth a go maybe?
