Supporting Success in Education

So Everyone

It is finally clear , the real agenda of this current government . For a long time everyone has heard the whispers about privatisation and now it has finally happened - twice within 8 months . In April 09 , support staff , as with other low paid employees suffered a pay cut through the increase of ACC levy's and the current wage freeze ( coupled with no tax cuts , as the thresold is too high ) Therefore this group of workers , which are mainly women have suffered under a government ,with senior MPs that are mainly men . I'm sorry if this offends but at this stage I call it how I see it . But wait - it gets worse . The ACC increases released by the National government this week indicate a second cut in pay which is bound to get worse with the increased influence of the ACT party rather than the influence of the Maori party

Now - what to do ! We all take action , every member , every worksite in signifcant industrial action - this will effect change

Your thoughts and ideas

Yes Zac. I have been speaking with Darien Fenton at different events (Protests) we have been to and she is wanting to do something for us as well. We do have some plans afoot.
