trade off with teachers !!

I couldnt believe what i was reading to start with and re read it. What is that mans thinking!!I Brain not engaging before tongue talks!! Is he trying to put teachers against us we all work well with teachers They need us but They certainly wouldnt wear us having their payrise!!! and why should they. We deserve a fair deal in our own right . About time John Keys and his merry men /women came to the coal face work along side of us for a week ( would they last that long) and see what we hard working dedicated support staff do every day .
